Key Responsibilities:

As a real estate agent at JMK, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Representing Buyers and Sellers: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients looking to buy or sell properties. Understand their needs, preferences, and budget to provide personalized guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conducting Property Research: Stay updated on the local real estate market and analyze property listings to identify suitable options for clients. Conduct property research, including market analysis, property valuation, and comparative market studies.
• Marketing and Promoting Listings: Develop effective marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract potential buyers. Utilize various channels such as online platforms, social media, and print media to maximize exposure and generate leads.
• Facilitating Property Showings: Schedule and coordinate property showings with interested buyers. Showcase properties and highlight their features, answering any questions and addressing concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Negotiating and Closing Deals: Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Prepare and review purchase agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents. Facilitate a smooth closing process, coordinating with all parties involved, including attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.
• Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Understand their long-term goals and assist with future real estate needs. Foster positive referrals and repeat business through client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
